Terms and Conditions for the Hourly™ 12 Months Free Payroll Promotion

  1. Under this Promotion, subject to these Terms and Conditions, Hourly LLC (“Hourly”) will not charge a subscription fee for its Hourly™ Payroll service to “Qualified Subscribers” during the “Promotion Period” (as defined below).
  2. For purposes of this Promotion, Qualified Subscribers are California-based customers who subscribe to the Hourly Payroll service, who have up to 100 active California employees and who first initiate and then complete their enrollment in the Hourly Payroll service during the Promotion Period. This Promotion does not apply to existing Hourly customers or subscribers who are either based, or have employees located, outside of California, as the Hourly Payroll service does not apply to non-California employees.

  4. This Promotion, and subscriptions to the Hourly Payroll service, are subject to, and Qualified Subscribers agree to abide by, the Hourly Terms and Conditions and Hourly Privacy Policy.
  5. For purposes of this Promotion, subscriptions begin once the Qualified Subscriber completes its registration and enrollment in the Hourly Payroll service, which must occur during the Promotion Period. Regular pricing for the Hourly Payroll service applies after the end of the 12 month subscription fee free promotion period.
  6. Set-up (such as for file transfers) and third party charges may apply.
  7. A set-up fee of $999 may apply for reconciling year-to-date payroll data if you have already run payroll with another payroll provider in 2020.
  8. Hourly retains the right to suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time. Subscribers may cancel their subscription to the Hourly Payroll service at any time.
